  2. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost.

  3. No-Show Policy: If a client fails to be present for a scheduled service without prior notice, the full service fee will be charged.

  4. Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies happen. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.

  5. Refunds: If a service is canceled by Bwork for any reason, clients will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule without any penalties.
